Zone ID not Showing Up in Voluum for Propeller Ads (2)

Hello there,

I have an issue with my tracker.

I'm running campaigns on propeller ads and using Voluum as my tracker.

I have no issues when setting it up to report conversions in the tracker.

However, what I have noticed are two things:

1) When I create a new campaign the tokens do not append to the end of the campaign URL, I have loaded the template for the traffic source but still it is not appending. I assume when I create a new campaign this should happen automatically, I only see this issue with propeller, everything seems fine for Popads. What is the answer for this issue.

2) How can I make propellerads report conversions on the traffic source platform.

3) How to view the placement data in Voluum. I assume it's Zone ID but all I see there is written unknown.

This is very weird!

Are you absolutely certain that in the propellerads settings within Voluum, that you have the {zoneid} token listed? Also, is the checkbox for that token selected?

If so, whenever you create a Voluum campaign where you specify propellerads as the traffic source, you should see the token &zoneid={zoneid} automatically appended.

If you're not, contacting Voluum support would probably be a good idea Please feel free to post a screenshot of your propellerads Voluum settings for us to take a look.
