I'm so shocked, everything I saw and managers I talked to told me Zeropark was one of the better networks to try for pops but it's turned out to be awful and I don't know how to get my money back short of a paypal dispute.
I signed up, went through normal verification, it said my account was fully setup so I topped up $200 and created two campaigns. I came back a day later and the whole account was suspended and a new notification that they now had a deeper verification that required a picture of ID and face emailed to them. Ridiculous to do a layer of verification on top after money has been entered since it's now locked up.
I emailed them the ID immediately and it's been two weeks and no response at all. I've sent countless service tickets, requested account manager, and posted in their forum with no luck. My money is literally locked in there (no way to send it back in this mode), total scam.
If nothing else it showed me they're not on their shit support wise and worth my time. I want my $200 back and to be done with them so if anyone knows how please let me know. Looking at their own support forum there are tons of people posting constantly asking to be verified. This feels like a scam in the making.
Zeropark is definitely a legit operation, they are certainly not in the business of scamming people out of their deposits. I understand your frustration, but something simply went wrong in your case. Zeropark has reps here on STM, so I'm pretty sure you will get a reply from someone pretty soon.
