I'm a fairly new in the sweepstakes game but making a bit of progress as I launch campaigns.
I want to understand How Do Advertisers Monetize Leads from Sweepstakes Offers (name, email, zipcode, etc)?

They'll either sell the contact info and demographic info to third parties, or use it to advertise products - probably affiliate products - to people who give their details. Usually both.
If you want to get an insight into how that data's used, set yourself up a secondary email address and sign up to a few sweepstakes, then see what email turns up at that address.
