Is it possible (EVERYTHING IS) to not reveal my real name when paying with Paypal? How?
I mean I know I can change the email address - but that's not enough right?! the person/company that I am paying to will still be able to see my real name which is attached to the account.

Impossible. When you pay or receive money in paypal the sender/receiver will see your real name.
If you have a legid business, there is no reason to hide your real name/company name I guess
Thanks Christoph, well... sometimes you just prefer to keep your privacy.... it doesn't mean that the business is not legit
There's other ways than paypal/ cash, western union, BVI bank accounts with a proxy person representing you, etc.
Paypal is a very transparant company and doesn't want you to hide who you are when paying or getting paid
I think if your paypal is set up as a business account then they will see only your business name and not your real name?
