[HELP NEEDED]Adult Laning Pages

Hi STMers,
As the title says it,I wanna know how do you guys create adult dating landing pages like rules lander,questionnaire lander and other types of landing pages?Can someone please share awesome resources so that I can learn and create landing pages on my own? Resources can be anything like best course to learn,should be easy to understand, I liked Google Web Designer but I don't know whether it can be used to create adult landing pages like the ones that I have mentioned.Please suggest me some.Your help will get me started.
I had created banners already,somewhat ugly , bought a VPS server, a CDN, Voluum tracker, and everything is setupin the past 2 days. So, all I need to create landing pages. I can RIP the competitor's landers but as most of you suggests that not to do so, I didn't.
Please move this thread to correct category if it's the wrong place.
P.S: I don't have coding knowledge before, but I can edit the ripped landers to some extent.

Hello,

where did you read that most would suggest NOT to rip competitor LPs? It's actually the fastest way to get you started. BUT, do not rely on ripped stuff only, tweak them, play with the text, change wording, change images ...

Making new LPs is all about coding, in some cases basic html is enough, with more advanced LPs you might need some php knowledge (or similar). For now, I would really suggest to use ripped stuff and simply modify it to your liking.

Well, technically, there is a small chance of copyright problems, but with a few modifications ... I can't imagine how anyone would prove ownership of the work. Be more careful with the images you are using, definitely DO NOT EVEN touch anything that looks underage, stay away from known celebrities ... and you should be fine. Do not take this as any form of "legal advice", but the reality is, pretty much everyone is ripping LPs left and right.

Anyone can tell me the best drag n drop builder to create Adult dating landing pages like when we click yes, current section fades away and second question appears and so on.
I am not a coder and this is the reason I am asking you guys if you know any builder to make landing pages very easily.

From what I've seen on several sources, the most popular is unbounce, although it will depend on your personal preferences too.

Did you try to rip a LP like this and modify it to suit your needs? This can be the fastest route at times. I'm also a fan of using the services of experienced coders, instead of wasting my time on things like this ... with questionable results. Guys on upwork or fiverr can work for very CHEAP.

We don't know what they are gonna do in the landing pages, they can hide some piece of code or something like that and also it's expensive too. Everytime we need a landing page or edit, we can't pay like $50 or so.
I have seen some video of Google Web Designer in here building adult landing pages but that's the tutorial available. I can't find any Google Web Designer tutorials like that, all I can find is just how to create html5 banners using GWD in youtube.
Btw, how much are you paying coders to create lps for you?

Another alternative: Hire a freelance coder to fix up ripped landers for you (landers you rip from spy tools such as Adplexity). For your reference, here's a sample job post I've posted in the past, which you can find at the end of this post:
