Create Your Own Content Locker?

How do make your own content locker? AKA some screen that pops up saying complete this offer to reveal page? So pretty much avoiding 3rd party ad networks such as blam etc and just putting in your own incent offers?

Any ideas / code to get started?

Excellent content locker. It was $97 i think, but they just update it to v2 and raised the price. PM meathead1234 and tell him that you wanted to buy it for a long time, but you didn't have the money and he will probably hook you up with a discount.

I bought CLP right before v2 was released. Haven't really taken the time to set it up yet though.
