Infolinks SUCKS! (9)

Infolinks SUCKS!

You can jump to the recap at the bottom to read the summary.

I'm not talking about their traffic quality, but their system & service.

I added my credit card that has been charged a gazillion times by LI into their system. And it keeps rejecting it.

Talked to their support and they said my CC num was wrong.

WTH?

Sick of waiting for their slow reply, I tried to find a number to call.
See this? No number to call.

Are they trying to hide something?

Are they connected to Looksmart or something? At least change the name to infolinks.

I kept asking the rep for their phone number at least 3 times and she kept avoiding the question whatsoever.
Very suspicious...

She then told me I could add her Skype.
Tried to do that, but there wasn't an account. Made me wait for her damn email reply again where she finally said 'I'll add you'.

She probably created the account after that.

Finally got to talk on Skype, & after trying 3 more different cards, she finally approved one.

And I was happy since traffic started running.

Their system is post pay so the first charge came at $25, they sent me an email saying the transaction failed, traffic was paused.

Tried to look her up on Skype, nope, she's not online.
Asked her why she isn't. She said "we only support self-server customers thru email"

Seriously?

And after that I found out she approved the other card that wasn't supposed to be approved. Kinda confusing huh?

Because I added so many different credit cards in a short amount of time, she wanted proof I was owner of the cards.

So I said I'll give her a pic of my cards with the first 12 digits blacked out.

She said no, that wouldn't prove you're the owner.
WTF?!

She wanted a bank statement.
So, I gave her the bank statement of the card that I thought she was going to approve. But turns out it was another card.

Looks like she didn't even bother to check my bank statement?
Fishy...

Called my bank. They told me the transaction wasn't rejected at all. Infolinks told me it was.
Is that fucking fishy & frustrating or what?!

To recap:
1. Having Looksmart T&C?
2. No phone number to call
3. Avoiding giving out phone number
4. Created Skype account after I kept pushing for a phone number
5. Said that they use Skype to do support after that
6. Approved the card that wasn't the one I provided proof for
7. Kept telling me that I entered wrong credit card numbers on at 3 cards
8. Told me the transaction was rejected eventhough it was approved.

Now, how can I fuckin trust these guys anymore after all this bullshit?

Do you have a contact that I can talk to in Infolinks?

The only thing that is worse than their support is their traffic

INFOLINKS TRULY SUCK!!!!

I created an account, set up an ad and nothing! No traffic, nothing.

I sent them an email. No reply for days.

When I did get a reply it said, we have reviewed your keywords and you should raise your Max CPC. So I did, twice, just to see if anything started to happen.

NOTHING!!!!

It's been a week now and not a single Impression to my ad!

If I could only find the Cancel Account page I would!

Infolinks is owned by Looksmart. Additionally, their traffic does work for some stuff. I've had success their before. The IC3 credit card processing system they use along some other companies is very strict, which is why it keeps saying rejected.

@pain2k: It would be OK if my ad was actually getting any traffic! :-)
