Mgid questions...

I'm starting with mgid and some Cod offers but I can't get any normal volumes there. Campaigns are for desktop and countries like Italy, Czech, Bulgaria. Is it possible to make big volumes in such geo with mgid?

If you have chosen European GEOs for mgid and COD offers, you can try Spain (presumably, it will be better)

Also, Vietnam is very good to go, btw

The native traffic for countries that are not english speaking Tier1 is still very limited.

You will have a hard time to spend more than $100-200 after optimization per network.

If you want to spend big figures, you need to run english speaking GEOs or run dozens of GEOs outside Tier1.
