OK Im sure they do but never heard anything specifically on the subject. I know certain ad networks let you advertise on smart TVs, but I assume the ads are in apps and other platforms accessed by a smarrt TV.
But what about normal TV ads? The reason I ask is I just had a weird experience. Basically I have been researching a certain quite obscure product during the day today and in the evening watched about an hour of TV and in the ads noticed ads for the same products. It was probably just coincidence, but it got me thinking.
One thing I have noticed a lot recently is talk of cross device conversion technology improving and it made me wonder, do you think that remarketing could be coming to TV anytime soon? I just feel like as devices become more connected anything like this could potentially be possible.
If you advertise on Youtube through Adwords, i know you'll get some smart tv traffic. Havent looked much deeper into it tho, is seems really low volume and doesnt convert
