1) Yes. It's a great way for start. You don't need to create banners, texts etc.
2) I recommend to try Pin-Submits and Sweepstakes. These are 2 biggest and the most profitable now for newbies and for profi
3) You can find a good and well-converted offer only throw tests. Run as much as you can, ask your AM about TOP offers.
