fraudbuster setup with voluum + zeropark (request)

Hello,

I started using fraudbuster, but I'm struggling about how to set up properly the flow using Voluum, and zeropark (other traffic networks as well)

is not quite clear how it should be, for what I could figure out, the current flow I have is this:

Traffic network ---> Voluum ---> Fraudbuster ---> Lander.

but I'm not entirely sure that this is how it should be.

Also, I'm having problems as my landers appear on adplexity on the first few hours (I'm using the "Advanced Adplexity Detection"), so I've must be doing something wrong, since it should block adplexity (or at lest make slower to be picked up) right now apparently ALL my url combinations were picked up by adplexity.

Any help I can get will be hugely appreciated.

I don;t know if my issue starts from the setup from voluum or something else I might be doing wrong.

extra info: php file is in one domain, landers are in separate domain.

Traffic network ---> Voluum ---> Fraudbuster ---> Lander.

Yes, that's right.

You will basically get several urls :

- url where your fraud buster script is placed,
- url of your money page (the cloaked one),
- bot url : where to send the zeropark staff (peace guys, I'm already banned anyway lol) and the bots, fake traffic etc...
- Voluum campaign url (available after you created the campaign).

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use Voluum to redirect cloaked campaigns on Zeropark as both are owned by the same company, exchange data and a cloaked destination url is obvious but...

Zeropark sends the traffic to Voluum > Voluum send it to the Fraudbuster Script > Decide to send to the money or bots page.

For Adplexity I can't really help you as I never used it but if I remember correctly it's a php script to place inside your money page. Don't know if it works fine or not.

Sure?

Why would Voluum be before Fraudbuster?

Is it not like
TS > FB > Voluum?

thank you @alex973 , my issue is not hiding from the traffic network, I'm not running illegal stuff for them, is just landers that are not approved by advertiser.
yes, that is what I'm doing.

@flow_rian
I have it like that at least because zeropark from Voluum interchange tokens in the url and need to be one with the other so all the tokens can pass (since they have this autosync) also, the clicks are included in the Voluum package as they come from zeropark.

my big issue then comes with adplexity, which is picking up my landers

Traffic armour is the only one I have seen that adds the protection from spy tools like adplexity.

You mean using the Voluum url as your money page inside FraudBuster? Can do it as well but then you loose the global stats/filtering from Voluum and you don't even need Voluum (except for counting the conversions of course).

Both are doable but I always prefer send all the traffic to the tracker first and then configure the flow inside Voluum, it's easier to manage and to add rules like landing page rotations (with several different Fraudbuster urls for instance).

I agree with this alex, I prefer going first through Voluum, since all the parameters are tracked there.

regarding the landing page rotation, you use that method? I couldn't find a better way that to create different urls and asign 1 lander to each, of course this require to create the rotation in Voluum for landers, but with each lander pointing to a different cloaking file. is the same approach you have, right?

You don't lose anything by doing ts > fb > Voluum. FB does a 302 redirect and preserves any query string, referrer, etc.

You can check server logs to see that.

There are benefits of doing either, depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

Actually I'm a little bit crazy (if not completely) so I use 2 cloaker lol

I do Volumm > FraudBuster > JustCloakit (which allows to rotate landing pages and by country for a multi country offer) > Money Page

And JCI still blocks some traffic so better safe than sorry
