Possibilties customer satisfaction tool (2)
I'm looking for a customer satisfaction tool, preferably one using smileys. 
Cost at this point is irrelevant; I'm just interested in the possibilities the market has to offer.
The tool in question should be implementable into online campaigns in the form of a widget (or something similar) so that customers can easily provide us with their opinion of said campaigns.

Checkout NiceReply (https://www.nicereply.com/), but I'm not sure if they also have a widget system, they are more suitable for support rating through email.
However they use simple smiley-like rating. :-)
