What to do when you're caught cloaking?

As the title says, what do you do when you get caught cloaking?
eg. using aggressive landers

I got booted off a well performing offer because they found my lander

Is there a way to get back to that offer?
Or usually what would you do?
Simply move on to another offer?

Talk to your affiliate manager. They will know best if there's something you can do, and what in that case.

Indeed, every network treats this in a different way, so the only way to see what could be done, is to ask your AM. The options will also depend on how large volume you were driving...

As an offer owner, I will usually talk to the network in question and give them guidance on what needs to be done to not get the pub banned from the offer. This usually settles the matter so both sides can continue making money. Once in a great while, a pub will push it too far and promise things that just aren't possible, such as a free $500 gift card, a free cruise etc. These pubs don't even say " a chance to win a cruise" but rather, " you'll get a free cruise".

At the end of the day, the advertiser has to make money to keep running the offer, so blatant false statements don't do anyone any good, except maybe a short term gain for the pub until he gets caught.
