Quality Adwords account but no campaigns (3)

Hey there,

so i was doing search and my old campaigns (blackhat) dont work anymore. I've tried display but the costs are too high for what i'm doing.

Anyone interested in doing some kind of JV or something? I have 3 solid accounts right now. I didn't buy any so the quality isn't shit. I farm them on my own.

If you have any suggestions that would be appreciated as well
