Primary responsibilities: As Senior Associate of Strategy you will be working closely with the MD and will gain exposure to all aspects of the product lifecycle. You will be also given high levels of execution responsibility. In your role you will setup and overview the processes in our internal sales department. You will expand our client base by sourcing, managing, and optimising revenue streams from our publishers and advertisers. You will be responsible for expanding our client database (publisher and advertiser) with your own network. You work close with our MD and our Accounting Team to optimise process flows and ROI analysis. Work close with our technical supplier to optimize Fraud Protection, API Implementation, SAAS Backend and App Tracker. Expand our Social Media Plans, Email Marketing and Online Marketing Activities with our supplier.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
• Strong analytical ability – can identify trends within the market and drill down on the route causes for these
• Business acumen – can assess the numbers and relay these in order to discuss and implement a strategy and prioritise tasks
• Innovation – be fully aware of new technologies and how these are being adopted in the market. Ensure the company is at the forefront of new product and technological development and defining the route to market
• Strategy – utilising all the above have proven experience working with internal teams and third parties to overview and optimize all affiliate marketing activities
• Project Management - experience of working in a project based environment with tight deadlines
Your Profile :
• Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics
• Substantial experience in Affiliate Marketing or online marketing – Focus Cost per Installation, Cost per Lead and Cost per Acquisition
• High affinity to the Internet and in-depth knowledge of the online marketing environment
• Knowledge of the following instruments and measures: Google Adwords, newsletter marketing, SEO, display marketing, conversion optimization and social media marketing
• Advanced knowledge for internet research, CRM Tools– implementation, pipeline structure, ROI analysis and monitoring
• Advanced MS Office skills, basic knowledge of HTML, technical interest and good fundamental understanding of technical matters
• Written and spoken in Spanish and English. Third language knowledge would be a big advantage self-starter with excellent communication skills
