I believe I'm pretty good with Facebook Ads with experience of getting users to my news blog and making ad revenue off of that, but Facebook has been cracking down on that and it seems to not be as viable with Facebook Ads as it used to be. Now, I want to try promoting stuff like amazon affiliate links or any other kind of affiliate stuff. What are some of the best ways to make money using Facebook Ads? I've read people collecting leads, also people pushing traffic towards an affiliate product. I would like to use my knowledge of Facebook ads to make some money, but just don't know what are the best outlets for doing so.
You should aim for content that is relevant for Facebook users. Because if its relevant for the users, you will decrease the probabilities of blocks, increase your reach and reduce costs (as you probably know, FB costs reduce when the amount of impressions grows). Some of the themes that you can consider working with are sweeps, nutra, popular games and apps.
Also, as FB got more strict, be careful to not get banned. It might be more safe to work through the business manager account, being careful with changes of your IP, follow general FB rules, as no manipulation or mislead of users, etc.

So, I've tried popular games and apps, but it's hard to run campaigns for those because you have to create a squeeze page to get the users to install the app. My method so far, hasn't yielded a good return yet, i'm thinking it's because of my squeeze page. Any tips on that for app installs?
Hey!
Regarding the squeeze page, aim at creating it taking into account Google Play and App Store. Besides, building a lander, you should give the users a good reason to click, as a core benefit. The goal is for them to stay on a page as long as possible. Focus on quality, content+design. There are things you can find through spy tools, though your own creative can be your differentiation point against competitors.
Make sure it is loading fast, also use catchy headlines, images, powerful Call-to-action.
Basically don't stop on one lander, as you know, online marketing is all about testing
I hope it helps, but if there are doubts - let me know, we can go more detailed in pm
Cheers!
