Supplier Looking for Drop Shipping Partnership

Hello everyone,

I'm collaborating with an italian vendor in the bikers vertical. They have a physical store and a little ecommerce site focused in the italian market selling helmets and bikers accessories.

They have a storehouse and can handle shipping directly not only in Italy but all over Europe. Currently they're looking to grow their sales volumes and looking for partnerships with experienced guys in the e-commerce space doing good in the same vertical. It will be a drop shipping deal: they provide products stock and shipping while your e-commerce will sell products directly.

they dont need a partner imo. translate that page into english and contact CJ and shareasale to set an affiliate program. that will help drive international sales. its a hard sell tough as the products are very expensive and not suited for push marketing/impulsive buys so you need to buy very niche targeted traffic - probably FB, adwords and very specialized affiliates with a website/blog on this niche

That's why we're looking for a drop shipping partnership with someone already selling via e-commerce in the same vertical rather than an affiliate program.

I agree with @cbrughmans

And if I were you, I'd look closely at what 24mx do.

Ship from one central warehouse,. Build your own brand (now there are only third party branded products as far as I can see) and run killer deals on your own stuff.
For export, focus on the Italian brands or the ones that are not commonly available somewhere else.

Find an angle that sets you apart from the competition.

Just my 2 cents as a marketer and bike rider myself (KTM 690 enduro, BMW f650 and Yamaha Fazer 600)
