On the free Pingdom site there is only US, Europe, and Australia.
No Asia or LATAM. Does the paid version contain servers in these locations?
If not, what do you guys use that meets these requirements?

I would recommend https://gtmetrix.com/ is pretty useful, like pingdom, and doesn't give problem with popups as pingdom does, and has several geos and browser combination, (even has a nice "video" function that show how it loads graphically).
You can use http://www.webpagetest.org/ for few countries not usually seen on Pingdom and GTmatrix. Can get stacked up with tests though so sometimes hanging around.
I used GTMetrix before too, you can select a few geos and also the connection speed. Nowadays I don't check much though, I've pretty much figured out a best practice for our landers and they are always implemented the right way. I rely more on split tests instead.
