Best traffic sources for a sex toy :D

Hey guys,


I'm hoping to get some help from you regarding traffic sources.

I have an offer from a local manufacturer to sell a smart sext toy. But as I cannot advertise the product on Facebook, where I have the most experience I have to turn to other traffic sources.

This leaves me with a difficult choice of figuring where to market the product.
Since you guys have more experience with adult offers and traffic sources I hope to get some tips from you

It's very hard to sell sex toys on general tube traffic that traffic sources usually sell. You need to look at better quality traffic - email blasts, members area traffic (etology, greenpoint, adnium) ... if you are about to use the standard sources, try to find sites that are related to sex toys, browse the juicyads marketplace for example. You can also test sources that allow category or keyword targeting, but I doubt its gonna work (trafficjunky, trafficfactory). Maybe it would be worth a shot to test torrent traffic on exoclick.

These things sell better with some SEO efforts - building review sites is a good approach, if you can rank it, it will sell very well.

You should also take a look at adwords or bing - I'm not sure what your product is but standard sextoys can be promoted there.

Does anyone have any concrete insights or best practices for advertising sex toys with adwords, bing, juicyads. I am also looking at exoticads.

What exactly do you want to know?

Did the manufacturer provide some tools for you? Do they have a website online ... give me more info so I can give you related advice.
