Auto-responding to comments?

Hey guys, I remember coming across a tool that would automatically send a Facebook message to anyone who comments on your ads - anyone know what it was called? Would want to test this. Or does anyone know how to do this through the API?

Found it - I was thinking of https://www.msghero.com/, though https://trustmsg.com looks like it does the same thing. What sort of response rates do you see?

Yes it is within FB polices.

I mostly get good responses, my messages don't look auto generated. The value is not only sales, it encourages people to interact with you, and helps you to understand your audience better.
