This is the LP code I used to run this test on PopAds where it passes all tokens information from Camp A to Camp B.
Note that Camp B link used as an offer on Camp A doesn't need to have tokens appended at the offer link as with the above code tokens will pass to the next campaign. So everything behind the question mark should be cut out from the link, question mark included.
In my opinion this method is not quite effective as it is limited to those impression fraud bots that close the LP immediately.
