Hey Evy,

We discussed this topic just last week, please take a look here: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...rier+targeting (most of those sources offer adult traffic as well)

Thank you.

I'll add one more: Plugrush - you can target carriers by IP ranges.

Thanks Amy, how do you get the IP ranges?

^^^ You have to purchase a geoIP database like MaxMind or IP2Location.

Similarly, if I run a pin offer that accepts carrier A and B, and run carrier campaigns to A and B, and a wifi campaign -- can I restrict the wifi campaign to only those two carriers somehow? By using carrier and connection = wifi won't work I assume? Can I single them out in a Voluum flow? How can I deal with this?

Yeah, once he is connected to the WiFi, he will be identified through the WiFi ISP provider he is connected through.

In reality he can still have your carrier and if the flow is a pin submit then he can even convert.

But restricting to let's say identify users from Carrier X who are on WiFi is not possible.

we offer carrier targeting as well as browser, os, os version, country and city, and much more.

we sell both adult and non-adult through both banners and pops, currently seeing 1B daily impressions for pops and 3B for banner traffic.

We can provide you with:
* Access to over 3B daily impressions
* Self-serve dashboard or managed account (you choose)
* Low starting budget of $100
* We support ad types: Banner, JS tags, pop-under, overlays and more
* Target according to OS, Country, Connection, Browser, Carrier and much more.
* Remove publishers and placements that don't work for you.

PM me or email me for details, also, see media kit here.

Actually I should write a more detailed guide on how to identify IP ranges for carriers. Grabbing all IP ranges from IPInfo.io is not efficient, as you'll end up including some Ip ranges that don't belong to that carrier and won't convert.

The best way would be to run a camp for that carrier on a pop source that has an accurate IP database - i.e. a source you're getting consistently higher ROI at relative to other sources - and make some conversions. Then you can take the IPs that have converted, put each into the search field at ipinfo.io, and make a note of the "Route" which is the IP range in CIDR format. Of course, the more conversions you have, the more "complete" your IP ranges will be.

This method is the best way I know, but the downside is that it will take you a LONG time to search on all IPs that have converted. You need to program a script to automate the process, or it could take you hours to compile this info for just one carrier.

One of my AMs provided me with an IP targeting list for pops ona certain geo the other day. Is this standard? How much succes would you estimate I would have if I asked all my AMs for this?
