There is any actual online VCC services (except from certain banks that have VCC unique services) that are working with Fb. Entropay, Neteller, Skrill , etc used to work at the beggining, now they will ban your account.

Bank of America has a "Shop Safe" feature that allows you to create random card numbers for single use or recurring payments
