What is a "good" CTR on RevContent? Ads for nutra, health ,beauty, etc.?
What CTR would you guys automatically cut, and what do you aim for? What's "okay"?

Depends on GEO and device.
The longer a GEO has been introduced to native ads, the lower the CTR. US is the toughest to establish a high CTR.
Tier 1
Desktop go for at least 0.1%
Mobile & Tablet go for at least 0.15%
Tier 2 & 3
Double or tripple those numbers
As long as it backs out for you -> go for high ctr
If you find a great converting creative, but it has a low CTR either compensate via high bid or improve on it gradually to raise CTR (variations of picture and headline).
