I wanted to try out GDN and promote my offer on specific sites that fit my niche - but Google rejected my campaign (with an odd reason: "malware or unwanted software", even though I am not promoting any software products).
Could it be that Google does not like my one-page squeeze page?
They definitely didn't like something about your squeeze page, but since you didn't show it to us, it's impossible to give you any hints. It could also be related to the offer itself.

It goes to a Clickbank offer: http://ezbatteryreconditioning.com
Google doesn't like Clickbank products. Even you promote them with a landing page.

I believe part of it is how you promote, whether you have disclaimers, and whether you can survive a manual review. Not sure exactly tho, my ad rank is really low because of this thin landing page, which is something Im trying to improve right now.
adwords + clickbank = bad day, people are linking to product description pages and the click goes straight to the order page of clickbank. It's totally compliant, BUT, they ban you anyway for promoting CB products. It's like opening the fucking blacklist when you use a product's name.
