Problem with passing sub-id to MAXBOUNTY

*Problem Solved*

Turns out that I had to change s2 to s1, how stupid! The instructions say to use s2 if using a tracker.

Hello,

So I've never run into this problem on other affiliate networks until now.

I cannot get subid's to pass from my tracker over to Maxbounty.

I want different subid's for every click (and conversion)

But it continually says "No Sub-ID Set" when I generate a sub-id report.

What I've done so far:

- I've set my callback URL, with #S2# added after subid=

- In my maxbounty tracking link, at the end, I added &s2={subid}

However, when I click on Sub-ID reports, it tells me "No Sub-ID Set"

I'm slowly getting conversions but I can't find any details about them due to the sub id's not passing. Please help

Thanks for your help!

Every network has a different setup, s2 usually is the right one to use for passing clickIDs, but it's not entirely universal. I'm glad you were able to solve the problem!

Hey,

Sub id 1 will show in the reports but if you have S2-S5 set up then you have to download the CSV file. Contact me and i can show you

Good to know. I've had a few people ask about this issue too.

Had the same problem and just like @zzzcash I changed it to s1 and it fixed it. I also followed the instructions on Maxbounty and had to come here to get the answer. Thanks All
