low pop Lander CTR fix? (4)

low pop Lander CTR fix?

I've been doing some research on the forums, but dont seem able to find a solution

the landers I'm running, ripped from Adplexity, and hand modified by myself, are getting CTRs of 1-2% - no external js, no redirects etc

Sent about 4-5k impressions so decided to stop the campaign first, to prevent anymore wastage of $$$

My vertical is mobile AV PIN
I'm running Zeropark,
My bid is 1.5x of average bid

And I'm using

1) Google Lander
2) Loading bar lander

I can't seem to find out the reason why, after studying my code over and over again

Anyone experienced this before and has any insights to share on why this is happening?

EDIT: If anyone can be so kind as to help me see my lander code to see what's wrong, I'll gladly send it to you (and owe you a beer, too!)

I noticed the other extreme and had an extreme CTR on Zeropark which was caused by bots.

In this case I would reckon that either your traffic went's somewhere else, so recheck everything:

...or your landers load so slow, that visitors flee before they could click on anything?

Do you use Voluum? I would try compare Placements/Targets CTR, are there any normal stats?

I'm on the same boat. My best performing landers in terms of CR and ROI are getting a low CTR. If I could improve my CTR, maybe the ROI would also improve greatly.

The process I'm using right now is taking my low CTR lander in my HTML editor and compare it to a high CTR lander.

I take the copy of the high CTR lander and use it in the low CTR lander.
Then I do the same with scripts.
I still have to test images and see how much of a difference it makes.

I don't know if you'll find mich value in my comment but thought I'd share my process with you.

What you mean by no external js? I've seen loading bar lander templates using embedded js scripts or linked ones within the same directory of the html file or a cdn link. You might want to be sure the lander doesn't have any redirect script when loading the offer and the traffic is going elsewhere.

Also one thing to consider is the GEO you are running, not all have the same CTR on the same traffic source and not limited to that one only.

If you haven't done any optimisation so far no matter what the bid CTR will most probably not improve that much.
