Facebook and VSL's (6)
Can anyone shed some light on Facebook compliance and VSL's that autoplay (obviously not trying to cloak)
I know google and yahoo Gemini allow VSL's if the page has some other content on it and no crazy claims are made... Wanted to see if that was the same for Facebook.
We have a brand going and don't want to risk losing any accounts so wanted to hit up stackers before shooting a campaign out there and getting a bad mark/rejection on our facebook (or even worse a ban)
It's better to contact FB directly if you running WH with $100k+ monthly budget via a rep on LinkedIn.
It's like coin flipping man, but in general FB doesn't really like VSL's with autoplay ofcourse. If you sell dead kittens the risk of getting banned is higher than selling shoe laces tho', so not sure what niche you are in ofcourse. You dont have alternatives for VSL? Like "normal" video which explains the product is a nice way?
anyone know the best way on how to contact facebook? When I would click on the help button It used to have option for contact via live chat or email but now it just looks like this for me 
Is this a new ad account and are your ads under "pending review" or "active" but with no impressions yet? You are probably under manual review here and the option to contact them via email will open up once your ads get their first one or two clicks
You will be able to contact them after you achieve certain ad spend.
Once you can contact them they will reply with a phone call, and at least in south america, they are quite friendly and will assist you and help to grow inside the platform.
