The first thing that came to my mind was the back button script, but then you mentioned that you are not using it.
I would still look into the code again and check if there isn't any similar script that is sending ppl to your tracking /click link.
It could be hidden in many forms - CSS, JS, even an HTML tag such as iframe.

Try to open your lander in Google Chrome and open Developer Tools, then click on the Network tab, clear the results and refresh you lander to see if there is any request being made to the tracker.

So I saved the LP and tested it on my phone from localhost.
Looks OK to me as well.
Not sure how the noBackButton script is supposed to work - I would get rid of it if you don't want to use back button script.
In case it should block the back button from working (ie doing nothing) it not worked for me, I just get the exit pop and then went to the previous page.
Now you got me as well to be honest as I not see anything bad in code, so the problem will be probably somewhere else.

You might want to check the placements first as from the landing page things look ok.
Depending on the traffic source you are using, just filter based on placements/targets/siteid or whatever the TS calls them and sort by CTR. Maybe the extremely high CTR is due to bots.
I've had similiar CTR experience in south africa with a lander with normal CTR in another GEO
