How to start a Travel Agency?

Hi guys, i've been dabbling in Travel a little bit (mostly flights), selling calls and all that. But i'd like to start receiving calls myself, handling upsells and all that. I don't have the slightest clue on how to start, and all the guides I see online seem to deal with home based travel agents. I have traffic, and I have listened to hundreds of calls so I have a general idea of what works and what doesn't. I'm just not sure how to start, would anyone mind helping me out with this? You could enjoy a consultant fee or something.

its what a lot of travel agencies use to get direct flights booked vs going through reseller..

Thanks for the info man, I just learned about ARC and VTC's, but the cost is pretty significant($20,000 for an ARC ) so I think i'll just work under an established travel agency for now.
