Mobile Display Mastermind - focus on speeding up banner creation and optimization
Hello everyone
I've started my AM journey with mobile display, but eventually migrated to pops. Now when I caught all the ropes I would like to go back and test my camps on mobile display as well 
Therefore I'm looking for 1-3 people to join me on conquering mobile display Only condition is that you are not total noob, you have to run mobile display as you main traffic source and understand everything about your platform, preferably work on Avazu and Go2Mobi
What will we do in our mastermind:
1. Check on each other progress/activities daily
2. Come up with banner creation systems - we'll analyze successful banners from spy tools, our best banners, etc. and try to come up with template(s) which will we use when we create banners for new campaigns so we can do it fast and easy and not waste our time on campaign which will produce -90% ROI
3. Discuss various exchanges - which banners size works the best, which exchange allow aggressive, what kind of banners work the best and that kind of stuff
4. Same goes for other traffic sources
5. Optimize our banners together - brainstorm some ideas
6. Same goes for landers
7. Discus biding tactics and optimization process on dsp.
8. Most important: Make some money
Main goal of this mastermind is that we all have some unique, high performing banners which can we create and recreate in a no time
