Does anyone have recommendations for finding video talent?
We're looking to hire several middle aged women to shoot some short video ads. We've tried fiverr but none of the women met our needs, as far as looks and age.

Have you tried contacting some local modeling agency? Or is that too high profile for your needs?
Throw an ad up on Craigslist, we've done that in the past and works well.
