I got 3 campaigns approved on facebook, all have a demo of over 300k most being 800k

I am bidding the highest suggested bid and still the little triangle exclamation appears
how do you get rid of it?

Bid higher and higher. As of late I'm seeing that the "max suggested bid" is not reliable in some demo's and bidding it is still too low to bring in impressions. I think it's just the bid suggestions being a bit off for whatever reason.
If you have a lot of ads a low budget may also cause this problem, but will only do so for some of the ads, i.e. high enough bids to deliver but budget so low the FB delivery system doesn't smear the impressions across all the ads very well.
No shit haha, bidding pretty high as it is but yeah ill bid even higher hoping my ctr drops the cpc like crazy then haha
