I'd like to test an angle where I"m promoting sweeps (win an iphone, gift card, etc.) on bing by completing a quiz. Is it okay to run this through Search traffic? Would doing this risk a ban by the networks?
Not by the networks but pretty sure by adwords. All that sweeps don't really fulfill all that adwords requirements. If you want to test it, cloak it and be aware that you might probably lose your acc.
PS: As a tip, in my own tests on brand bidding for sweeps I didn't had much success at all. The Ad CTR was bad and CR as well.
