Adplexity/Httrack... and similar

Hi

When copying/ripping/cloning (or whatever you want to call it) other pages/sites, are there any items/scripts... that I should be aware of?

I mean on the page itself - anything that can still remain on the page and track my actions? that can still steal my commissions/overwrite my own affID and such? anything...?
