Help with a landing page conversions / Blackpeoplemeet offer on PoF

Hi Guys

First time poster

I have been running a few campaigns on PoF and some are going quite well now after some tweaks but i am stuck with some funny stats on BlackPeopleMeet (w4).

Yesterday i had 60 clicks and only 1 conversion, which to me was odd, it tells me that the ad was good (had a good ctr) but the offer was crap.

I decided to adapt a landing page to sit in between the ad and the offer and it drummed up another 6 conversions however 100clicks/7conversions is pretty poor.

I would like to know your thoughts on how I can get my cvr up for this offer? Maybe suggest a lander i could use as example to get some ideas from?

Have you looked through some ads on the affexpert pof spy tool? Should be able to find a few ideas for landers on there.

Hi Steezy, Ill give that a shot, the lander does have images of black guys that i 'borrowed' from pof spy tool but maybe i need more.

I think i need to really upsell this offer to them

you can always sign up or browse other black dating offers and rip those images. From those stats is does sound like a lander is gonna work for you better. also try that offer on another network and see if it works better for ya.

its not always the offer....your ad gets them there.....i have improved my cvr by over 100% by just changing the wording on my ad.....

and if you don't believe me here is some data to back it up

almost a 300% conversion increase....

polarbacon can ad copy ( ad text ) have an affect on conversion too? You got any case study on ad copy?
