Hello mieeek,
what measures are you guys taking in order to verify that the email lists used are compliant with the applicable laws?
Is there some screening proces initiated when taking new "Sellers" on board?
Thanks,
Matej
Hello matuloo,
The following are the measures taken by Udimi to ensure their site is compliant with applicable laws:
1. They have a zero tolerance policy for spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated.
2. A seller cannot get paid until he has at least five positive ratings from buyers.
3. Udimi does not allow fake traffic.
4. If there is a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Udimi will hold the funds in escrow until the matter is resolved.
5. Udimi is very strict about having negative websites advertised on their site. If an advertisement causes Udimi to be blacklisted, the offending account will be terminated and may be charged additional fees.
Udimi has created an environment and community built on trust. They have certain strict rules that allow buyers to buy with confidence knowing that their traffic is coming from real sources.
I hope that answers your questions.
Glad to hear you guys are taking these steps! Especially that part with 5 positive ratings needed to qualify for a payout makes a lot of sense.
Did anyone try this service?
How much can you spend here a day? Most of these things' I've seen are in a low 4 figures spend a day max. Not worth investing the time and energy into in my opinion.
This looks like a new way of selling traffic, looks very promising if it's for real.
Waiting for someone to test it!
good info, I just hate being tricked into clicking hidden affiliate links (I know... the irony)
