Just wanted to see if it was possible to prevent my landers from being seen from spy tools if I am running on Propellerads and Zeropark using Funnelflux. Any advice or links would be helpful.

it's hard because spy tools are starting to use residential IP's to scan, which you can't block since they could be a real user.
It's always a good idea to block/redirect all traffic which doesn't match the geo and device types you are promoting from your funnel.
To be extra safe you can use a third party ip lookup tool or cloaker which helps you identify datacenters, proxy's, vpn's etc, but those can be quite expensive when your doing a lot of traffic.
