Traffic Junky Mobile Click Loss Rate

Hey guys I am running mobile campaigns on TJ and notice there is roughly a 10% difference between what my tracker says and what TJ says I received.

For example at the end of the day I'll have something like 6,000 clicks in my tracker but TJ will say I have gotten 6500 clicks or so.

Is this normal? I know some loss is inevitable, just not sure how much.

Are you sure it's not time zone difference? TJ is usually pretty accurate for me. 10% is definitely too much.

Hey Matuloo thanks for the reply. As to your question, no I am using the right time zones for both TJ and my Tracker.

TJ is pretty accurate for me for Desktop campaigns but my mobile campaigns I do see a click loss.

For example today I was running on a Pornhub Mobile spot and my stats are below:

TJ Stats: 4617 Clicks
Tracker Stats: 4177 Clicks

So that's about about a 9-10% loss. Obviously this seems like money down the toilet, and something I'd like to fix.

I am already on a dedicated server, but maybe my server isn't strong enough and my pages aren't loading fast enough etc?

Pornhub is a pretty high volume spot so I'm wondering if it's possible that maybe something is getting jammed/stalled. Like perhaps if the traffic comes in too fast I'm losing clicks from a weak server?

My LP loads in about 0.5 seconds, so I don't think that's the issue.

Or perhaps this is normal?

Im surprised to hear that your mobile campaigns are pretty accurate, for me I seem to be losing about 10%.

Its not likely to be related to your servers performance, 4600 hits is a level that your dedicated doesn't even notice It comes down to a visit every 20 seconds, that's really nothing that could cause problems to any box.

You're right about desktop being more accurate than mobile, I double checked now and I see a small loss in case of mobile traffic. But its like 3%, 10 is too much. Try to contact the support.
