I know ..it sounds silly, but with offer automatic geo redirect I have a hard time to see the landing page . And In quite a few networks it just doesn't label whether it is for adult or not.
tried HMA but it doesnt work for carrier billing offers,

Ask your AM to temporarily disable redirects so you can see the offer page itself, or on carrier billing offers, ask them to send you a screenshot.
Your AM should want you to get accurate information on where you can run the offer, because they don't want your campaigns / account banned any more than you do - if you're banned you're not making them any money. So work with them and they should be able to give you all the info you need.
From my experience, adult offers are pretty much always labeled as adult, or at least as "casual" in case of dating for example. The networks know that you can't push real adult offers on mainstream traffic, so they need to label them. As Caurmen posted above, your AM MUST know whether and offer is adult or not, so they must be able to tell you.
NOTE: Don't confuse adult offers with offers that also accept adult traffic, some mainstream offers have no problems with adult traffic but that doesn't make them adult.
