adbucks - avoid

had no idea if this traffic source was still in business.. their site and platform is still up, sent them a small domestic wire <1k , no reply from support in the last 4 days about crediting it to my account. anyone running anything with them recently?

Unfortunately the last time I ran there was a year ago...

Certainly doesn't look like a well-maintained site. Hopefully they're just slow.

I'm bumping this to get more eyeballs and hopefully other members will chime in.

I just checked my account. I still have some money in there. Last time I ran traffic with them I remember barely any came in.

Same experience here as well, which would explain why I stopped running there.

I don't suppose it would be possible to reverse the wire, but it wouldn't hurt to check with your bank.

I had the same experience 2 weeks ago, build a campaign and every banner was refused because of Malware (WTF...).

I asked for a refund twice, second time I saw it pop on my paxum account without a respond from the support. Try to insist on being refunded.

I actually asked my bank about this last week, I sent a $7k wire from the wrong account, since I have multiple ones with them They told me it's possible to request a reversal by placing a claim/objection and they can try it, there is some fee associated with it and its not a 100% success rate either, but still worth a try.

After I posted here I setup a campaign going to a offer rotator targeting all GEO's just to burn through the last of my cash I had in my account. After 4 days the campaign wasn't activated so I emailed them for a refund. Within minutes of emailing them my ads where approved but with no response from my email. So they are there. Strange that they don't want to respond to emails. I got burned by adwill and star advertising when they closed. Sucks when traffic sources take your money and run. Hopefully you can get an answer from them.

You should keep asking for a refund and not expect an answer, as I said before, I had a refund from them a few weeks ago but without any answer to my emails.
Keep asking and mention that you are going to talk badly about them on forums, no one likes bad publicity, even if they are not running anymore.

They are scumbags no response or refund a week later. Going to fund old campaigns via paypal, nice little amex chargeback for the unrefunded amount incoming.
