Mobile pop targeting by device brand

Hello, I would like to know, if there is any Popup/popunder traffic sources that allow targeting my ads to specific device brand?
I got a campaign that is doing good on all devices besides samsung smartphones.

Unfortunatelly popads doesnt have much traffic for my geo I heard that some managed traffic sources have got that feature , but first I would like to test it with selfserve platforms.

Would adult/torrent traffic be OK? Exoclick has that targeting option.

In general: GEO is to small to target specific brands (not enough pop sources out there with that function). You won't find enough traffic to make it worthwhile (think in opportunity cost).
Specific: Buy in bulk and send the Samsung traffic to afflow / monetizer or try building a secondary funnel for it.

Not so many sources with that options.

As sebastian mentioned you need to master traffic flow management.

It isn't a rocket science just a bunch of rules set properly.

You can manage everything in your tracker - send the valid traffic to your offers and find another offers for the rest of the traffic or simply resell it.

Always split test these options as well, so you get out the most of the juice.
