I wanna tell you one story about Avazu.
It’s starts in April of 2016.
I start working with offer Tap Emoji Keyboard and Flash Keyboard, in this moment offers had no KPI -

In the 12th of august I received this skype messages -

I didn’t receive any emails about changing KPIs early. Pretty strange right?
Later when I spoke with my friend about this offer, she said me that KPIs sounds like:

So if campaign have bad rr I should stop the campaign. It's okay for me.
Nothing about even possibilities of deduction.
Now lets speak about July.
We confirm the summ -

AM even send me screenshot about my invoice -

Later, my AM sent me this -

As you remember there was no KPI for whole July.
Later boss of my AM said me that the REAL reason for deduction is Avazu don’t have enough margin -

So $2600 deduction, just because Avazu want ENOUGH margin.
Now about august. My AM forgot to submit installs information about whole account to the adv, it’s near $18k payout.
I send 2 files -

And later my AM said this -

Okay. You may try to contact boss of your am, to figure out the solution for both sides. Answer will be like this:

and "No way"

You could try to reach someone via email, answer will be always like: "I can't help you. It's another team."
You could send 15 inmails via LinkedIn, you will receive 1 answer and result will be the same.
So the results of all this «deductions»:
I did every action that AM said to me. If AM said me to stop campaign I stop, if launch - I launch.
Now about money. Avazu should pay me around $71k, they paid $21k. Deduction $50k if you do what AM saying you to do.
Work with Avazu or not it’s your choice. But if you do: be aware. You may be the hero of next $50k deduction story because of not enough margin, or forgetting to send your installs data to mother company.

Loosing $50K is like pain in the a$$. very disappointing situation. Even i was not paid from the last 3 months. At least you were getting responses from them. For me, they are neither responding to email nor skype.
Its not you and me, i came to know in a discussion with other affiliates in AWA that many affiliates are not getting paid from avazu.

I may imagine your situation. It's more uncomfortable. Now, when I receive my money I can look back to understand, it's a lot of my mistakes in this situation. I figure out my own erm(enterprise risk management):
1. Money in one network shouldn't be more then 50% of all money.
2. If any delay in payment decrease percentage to 40%, 30%.
3. Work only with signed IO.
I think it's not rare situation to get unreasonable deduction from network, but if I gonna follow this rules I do my best to decrease looses of those deductions.
In my case AM start answering to me more often when I sent like ten mails to different ppl in avazu. May be it's can help you.

Avazu said 5k for July. ($2600 is real deduction for July)
Around $18k because of forgetting to send installs data from whole account to mother company.
And rest for rr2 deduction.
