Auto-optimization for native

Hi STMers,

I have been writing algorithms to optimize campaigns with the native traffic source APIs for a couple months. A few others and I are going to be announcing a product soon around this.

Now, I am looking for partners to start a new project: Running advanced native optimization strategies via the APIs. I am an engineer with a data science background and I have lots of code already developed using the API (in particular syncing up Voluum + Revcontent accounts and automatically adjusting campaigns based on revenue, spend, CTR, ROI, etc.), so we have the coding side covered. But we would be developing new strategies together and testing them on your campaigns.

Some preliminary ideas include:

Using machine learning/statistics to auto-optimize - like dayparting and weekparting, or predicting the quality of traffic at different bids
A system that runs entire campaigns from scratch: launching new campaigns, testing creatives and landers, stopping the losers, scaling the winners

Please contact me if you are:

High-volume, expert native media buyer - either CPA or content arbitrage
Revcontent + Voluum ideally since I already have code for that and know the ins and outs
Creative and fun

What type of machine learning algorithms are you gunna be working with, out of curiosity?

Basic usage of Poisson distributions and binomial confidence intervals is usually enough...eventually get more sophisticated stuff but step 1 is just automating decision making

Hey, do you use only statistical analysis (Poisson / Binomial) or numerical also?
