Hey, reddit has these super awesome things called AMAs, Quora has em too.
I sincerely believe that starting AMA's would really benefit a lot of new and experienced affiliates - with that in mind, here's the my first AMA (Ask Me Anything).
Ask away..
AMA doesn't mean "i'll answer truethfully to the questions" , right?
So , bearing that in mind , i do i have few questions : How do you structure your office? As in..how much knowledge you feed your employees , in order to do their job properly but not being "afraid" they'll quit and start their own AM-ing thing( i do know they'll don't have your connections and know how ) . Everyone does a specific job - one does creatives , one does LP's , one handles traffic ? ...idk..
Thank you
Which traffic source is the easiest for newbies to get into? Also in what level did you hire a team? $10k a month, $100k a month, etc.
I'm planning to move in Faceads to run whitehat and I have some questions:
What type of offers you suggest me to start? I'm thinking Cpi, CPL or Cps
Probably the best choice is Cpl because for cpi I need killer Ctr and relevance score to have low cpc and go ROI with low payout. Cps isn't easy to start. What do you suggest me? I have a good knowledge to start how structure campaign, budget etc.. Thanks in advance
For newbies interested in running whitehat offers (no cloaking, etc) on native do you have any recommendations on what networks, verticals and geos they could begin testing?
Do you have any recommendation to prevent this from happening all the time in PopAds?
I launch a campaign with multiple offers. One of the offers has immediately positive ROI. After 20 conversions and +300% ROI from the winning offer, I see that 18/20 conversions come from Android 6.0. So, I create a new campaign, targeting only Android 6.0. With this tiny targeting, I see that I still have 20k daily impressions with an average bid. I launch again (after having blacklisted Android 6.0 from the main campaign) and I receive NO conversions. ZERO. Trying different bids, still 0 conversions. It happens all the time to me with PopAds. Do you have any idea why and how to fix this? Thanks a lot.
Have you been on Sziget Festival in Budapest?
Do you still run pop campaigns or it isnt worth effort to compete in that type of traffic?
What is Your favourite hungarian beer?
Sorry if this is a newbie question... Media buying is a very different avenue from social media.
But lets say I'm promoting a toaster offer. They're offering $ ppd or signup or, buying a toaster or whatever. It seems like everybody is advising to jump traffic from the ads to a slick landing page saying "buy this toaster." or something along the sort.
In social media however, that'd be roadkill imo. Like I would make a blog called besttoasters.com and then put a "Top 10 toasters of the month" with the number 1 linking to email submit for the toaster offer.
Woah, toasters were an awful example for this but you get what I mean lol.
Anyways, my question, is do people do this? Do people make review sites, and top 10's, and whatnot to link to offers? To presell then send to a landing page? It seems like all the landing pages I've seen from the (amazingly explicit) case studies and whatnot is so much more of a direct advertisement then a, review, for example. Is this not a good practice, is it just not done often, or is it done often and I'm just not aware?
