Want someone to modify a php file so it will work with Sendgrid (1)

I am using the cbfire file to send conversion info from Clickbank info to Voluum. One additional feature is that it will send me an email with each transaction.

This was working fine until my hosting provider turned off email. I am now using Sendgrid to send email from my websites but it is a little too complicated for me to modify the file.

This should be a 10 minute job for someone that knows what they are doing. I am willing to pay $50 via PayPal once I verify that all is working with it.
