Well regarding traffic source for these kind of offers I would give a shot to pop traffic.
Big part of it comes from movie sites.
The big question is if those people who already find a free movie site will be willing to pay for a paid site.
Well you have to test it.
I would also try some banner traffic from similar sources.
This could also align with Facebook guidelines, so that could be another shot - you could do much better targeting by let's say genres, movie names, actors, characters etc.
pop traffic is like pop under traffic right?
it's just trigger that people to register. free 5 days trial and after that will be charge.
I already try to use FB ads but still not ROI 
Yes pop under traffic or redirect traffic (I often group them together). There are many sources you can try: PopAds, Zeropark, Popcash, Adcash, Propeller etc.

If you want to maximize the chance of success with your limited ad budget set aside for testing i'd do the following
-find more offers like yours
-plug them into a tool like similarweb, and/or what runs where to determine where other affiliates are promoting these kind of offers.
-pick two traffic sources that over lap... that means, lets say you spy on 3 offers, and you see the same traffic source on all 3 offers, that's one overlapping traffic source (since it shows for all three),...
then setup controlled tests there
if its move download pins, then i'd check the imdb top list for most popular new releases and shit like that, u can go a step further if u want and use google keyword tool to get ideas, but imdb works magically for this stuff...
then id make angles around those and off we go to data collection

3. pick 2 traffic

so limited budget

but the problem is still yet convertion
Is that real traffic ?
Traffic is real, but you must take in consideration that pop traffic is disruptive marketing.
The people not expected / wanted to see your ad / landing page / whatever.
It's also very broad, so not everyone may want to watch movies when it pops on them.
May I ask what is your conversion flow, your payout and how much did you spent so far?

fyi erik, now I just trial error without use Tracking Tool because limited budget just $150/month
and also now I am not promote the movie cpa again. I change to dating & download/install CPI
