Anyone Else Having Issues with StatsRemote?

Hi,
I've got a lot of my very old (a couple of years old) affiliate campaigns being tracked by statsremote

It has all my passwords to some affiliate networks that are still making me money - but I don't really focus on anymore.

Anyway - It just stopped working for me a few days ago.

And when I tried to get in contact with their support - well I had return to send since their support email box is over quota
(so I'm assuming they are getting a lot of other people emailing them as well!!)

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them?
And know what the fix is?

thanks,
Suneel

You're right ... I can't start it either. Looks like statsremote went to shit for good. There is a long thread about it on GFY in case you want to have a look.

Looks like most are moving over to nifty stats, might be an option to consider.

So far people claim that setting your date back to January 5th will make application start again, so try that to backup your data.

I remember they went MIA like this, 5 or so years ago too, but came back after 2 months or so ... not sure if the same is gonna happen now thou.

This is pretty unfortunate, I was using them for 10+ years and have all my old affiliate accounts stored there ... arrrghhh

EDIT: I tested the rollback date trick and it works, but I can't find any way to backup/export the data which sucks.

Thanks - Got Access Now !

Although it will not update any stats after 5th Jan

I think the issues is that their Website Security Cert ran out (see error message below)
-- wish I had some way to actually communicate with them and tell them that was probably their issue :-)

Anyone know how to pass on the message?
Really want them to get their service back up and running fast.

Trying to Access https://secure.statsremote.com/member.php

This server could not prove that it is secure.statsremote.com; its security certificate expired 6 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Thursday, January 12, 2017. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page.

They are very well aware of the problem, most of their customers hang out over at GFY forum and if they don't bother to respond there, that means game over... I already canceled my subscription

According to their users, they also stopped updating several weeks ago, didn't even notice that since I'm not using it often anymore. I would say statsremote is gone for good.

Painful indeed, no idea what happened there, but it's pretty silly to end the operation just like that. They cause major problem to quite a lot of people, definitely screwed up way after so many years of running a great product.
