Promoting co-working on Facebook

Hi,

We're starting a co-working, and I'm looking for good ways to promote. I'm already handling local SEO for it, but I'd like to use Facebook as another main marketing channel.

Have anyone in here promoted a co-working before?

We are focusing on the "digital nomad" market and foreigners coming here looking for a place to work, we'll be doing a lot of events and looking mainly to attract IT/Apps/etc entreprenors/startups.

Hmm. I work out of a co-working place. Its mostly web designers/developers, app developers, startup people, small biz owners, videographers, etc.

Heres what I'd try...

5mile radius
only show ad 9am-5pm (because you want people who work from home in this 5mile radius, not people who are working a job somewhere else)
desktop only (chances are, if someone has a job, they'll be using facebook on their phone, not their computer? at least i think that would help get rid of some people with jobs)
Not sure for the interests, but stuff like gary vaynerchuk, TED, elon musk, etc.

Sorry, I missed your answer. I thought I subscribed to all my own topics.

Thanks for the input!

I'm thinking about splitting up our FB ad-spend, i.e. some that are currently following competing co-workings, some for people interested in startups/digital nomadery/tech/etc. (with event landers/blog posts and possibly capture them on a list) and some local ads (like you mentioned above, with a radius) I found the typical demographics for US co-workings in a pdf, but as we're based in Spain I will use them as a rough guide I think.
