Medierbuyers buying CPC and CPM traffic? (4)

I'm currently looking for companies buying email traffic on CPM and CPC, any suggestions???
We have been working a lot with casinos and sweeps.

Just to clarify : you have traffic to sell, or you're looking for traffic to buy?
Any adnetwork I ever sold traffic to, paid me on CPM basis combined with CPC, based on what they could sell to their bidders - did you try this route? If you are looking for direct buyers, livecam sites are willing to do prepaid deals - but that's adult stuff and Im not sure if you're ok with that.
Maybe I should have added that it was Email traffic, sorry for that!
